BETHESDA CHAPTER MEETING

Topic: "Your Solution for Better Balance" (exercise video by Grow Young Fitness).

Speaker  Janet Gritz will show a video demonstrating exercises designed to help seniors improve their balance.  All routines can be done standing (no need to get on the floor).
